Molasses Cookies
MMMM Molasses Cookies. Although similar to gingerbread cookies I much prefer this soft and delicious alternative.
They are by far my fav. holiday cookie!

3/4 C melted margarine
1 C Molasses
1 C Brown Sugar
Add
1 C Sour Milk (regular milk 1 C=1 Tbsp vinegar) or butter milk
1 Tbsp lemon or vanilla extract

6 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp baking soda
Mix in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually, first with wooden
